I have been working on two film films lately.
First there is AMATEURS PARADISE - premiering now this spring at Skjaldborg Documentary Film Festival
Second - THE PITTLES / PJÖTTLURNAR.
For twenty years a group of women have been meeting regularly to quilt. All of them have connection to Westfjords of Iceland, though that is not essential to be allowed membership. In their mind the Pittles are about nurturing the soul and spirit, shearing and spending time together.
The documentary The Pittles will focus on a special time in the groups life, where the oldest members have retired, the youngest are in their teens and the members are getting fewer.

For the past 4 years I have been working with my wife, producer and co-creator Tinna Ottesen on a documentary about 4 Icelandic men who all have filmed their lives extensively and shared it with the world on Youtube.
The film is finished and will be premiered at Skjaldborg Film Festival 2025
